Where do I find the serial & UID?

To set up a climote Immersion Controller in your account, you will need a serial & UID. Please follow the instructions below to retrieve them.

  1. On the immersion device, hold down your finger on the "Boost" button to open the menu.
  2. On the menu, tap the "Boost" button 2 times to navigate to "About". The serial & UID will be displayed here. Serials start with a S.
